Manuel Nieto, (Argentina 1985), devotes his time between composing and performing for acoustic ensembles and electronic music. His music is of an often spontaneous character which can be appreciated in many of his works. these often transcend the limits between styles, going from jazz, to classical and electronic.
He has been performing his music in over a dozen countries across America and Europe.
After studying and performing jazz in his hometown Buenos Aires, Manuel settled in Paris to write and perform electronic music on his own and study classical composition at the CRR du Paris and with Regis Campo at the Ecole Normale de Musique a Paris.
A multi-instrumentalist, Manuel is always keen to learn new instruments and to perform with them live. His interest nowadays lies in performing improvised music, mixing both electronic and acoustic instruments.
