Manuel Nieto is a composer and multi-instrumentalist who divides his creative practice between composing for acoustic ensembles and performing electronic music. His compositions often reflect a spontaneous spirit, effortlessly traversing and blending genres such as jazz, contemporary classical, and electronic music.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Manuel began his career deeply rooted in jazz performance before relocating to Paris, where he further expanded his musical horizons. In Paris, he pursued formal studies in classical composition at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Paris and the École Normale de Musique, studying under composer Régis Campo.

Manuel's versatile musicianship has led him to perform extensively across Europe and the Americas. A dedicated improviser, he frequently incorporates new instruments into his live performances, seamlessly integrating acoustic and electronic elements. Currently, Manuel continues to explore innovative approaches to both improvisation and composition, crafting a distinctive musical voice that resonates across diverse musical landscapes.
